After the DJI Mini 4 Pro quadcopter drone first appeared in September 2023, the successor DJI Mini 5 Pro could already be seen this September. In any case, this is what the quite reliable leaker "billbil-kun" claims on the Dealabs website. Also the alleged price of the device should already be known.
DJI Mini 5 Pro release date and price
Previously, there were already some rumors about the supposedly next device of the Chinese technology company DJI. For example, there was already information about alleged bundles. The website DroneXL also assumed that the DJI Mini 5 Pro could be launched on the market as early as August 7th. However, this date turned out to be incorrect.
Now the well-known and well-informed leaker "billbil-kun" wants to know more about the drone. This should be available in a standard and a fly-more combo package. The latter should include a whole range of accessories, such as an RC-2 remote control, additional batteries, spare propellers and a carrying case. According to "billbil-kun", the price should not change much compared to the predecessor. So the DJI Mini 5 should price 799 euros Per. The fly-More combo package, on the other hand, is to be offered for 1,129 euros.
As it is said on Dealabs, it is expected to be released on September 16, 2025. The DJI Mini 5 Pro is said to have LiDAR sensors on the front as well as a new 1-inch CMOS sensor, which should provide better photo and video recordings. For this, the weight should not be more than 249 grams.
